I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Koh Lipe. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail was impressive, from the daily housekeeping to the provision of two bottles of water each day. The hotel's central location meant that everything on the island was within easy reach, including the beautiful sunrise beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable with effective air conditioning. One highlight was the delicious breakfast at the bakery downstairs.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was very enjoyable.

The balcony was a wonderful addition to the room. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. We will choose the place for future trips when visiting Koh Lipe...

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right next to Walking Street and just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Sunrise Beach. I loved that there is an onsite bakery where you can grab a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The spanish tapas and the coffe when available

We think the box lipe resort could be a great place to stay in the future. But for now, the staff doesnt speak english, its under construction, the wifi doesn work, bugs in the bed, water popup from the toilet, etc. We stayed 8 nights and have to ask for new towels, new toiler paper, etc. Never clean our room. The owner Javier does all he can, but we think its not enougth. He has to cook, clean rooms, take care of the constructions of the new rooms, make coffe, etc. He is a cool guy so we think he will improve his hotel in the future.

We realised after speaking to other people on the island that to pay any more than 600baht for a room with no air con and just a fan was totally over priced - we paid almost double for this room.

Great location near the beach and lively walking street. Amazing coffee and baked goods in the bakery. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out.

The room was a bit small and had a slight musty smell. , the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Everything great. Fantastic bakery, clean room.

The only things to improve would be 1) better showers but at £30 a night I wasn't expecting much 2) Wi-Fi could be better. You have to get a username and password from reception each day, which also logs itself out after 30 minutes. Annoying when you lose your slip or reception is closed. Speed is terrible but that is not really their fault.

The coffee shop was a great spot to relax with delicious treats. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll away from the lively center, while still in a peaceful area. We also appreciated the two bottles of water provided each day and the daily housekeeping service, which kept our room tidy and refreshed.

The price seemed a bit too high for the basic amenities offered. Our room lacked a kettle, and we had to rely on buying our own hot drinks.

We loved the central location of this hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as the Walking Street and other amenities like the pharmacy and hospital. The fact that the hotel has an onsite bakery was also a plus, making it easy to grab a coffee or pastry for breakfast. Despite being in the heart of things, the hotel was not noisy at all, which we appreciated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, despite not always speaking English fluently. Nothing it is perfect.

Located in a central but peaceful area, just a short walk from the best beach and right next to the main street, this hotel has a prime location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. There is also a lovely balcony in some rooms where one can enjoy a view of the area. the hotel offers free wifi and a tasty American breakfast.

Some aspects of this hotel leave much to be desired, with low water pressure in the shower and a small market nearby that can be bothersome due to loud chatter and bad smells.
